McLaren and IT Lab renew partnership to become a Technology Provider to McLaren Technology Group

McLaren is pleased to announce that IT Lab has increased the scope of its existing partnership, becoming an official partner of the McLaren Technology Group.

IT Lab became an official technology services provider to the McLaren Technology Centre in 2016. Its new, broader role has enabled it to create a fully integrated and shared service model that perfectly fits McLaren’s requirements.

With a consultative approach, IT Lab and McLaren have developed a scalable, adaptive relationship beyond that of a regular supplier and customer. IT Lab has created a responsive, integrated and shared service model around Service Desk support that optimises business performance.

The results are overwhelming: IT Lab currently runs with a resolve-rate of 99 per cent on all tickets managed, and is able to answer 93 per cent of all incoming service request calls within 10 seconds.
