Michael Leiters

Michael joined McLaren Automotive in July 2022 as Chief Executive Officer.

German-born, Michael holds a doctorate in engineering and a mechanical engineering Diploma, both from RWTH Aachen University.  He started working for Fraunhofer in parallel to his doctorate in technology management.

He has held senior positions at Porsche AG, eventually becoming a Product Line Director.

More recently, Michael was the Chief Technology Officer at Ferrari which he joined in 2014.

Michael is married with two children.
